Blanton’s Gold Edition (2021), released in 2023, is one of the most sought-after expressions from the iconic Blanton’s line. Introduced for discerning enthusiasts outside the U.S., Gold Edition elevates the signature single barrel legacy first pioneered by Elmer T. Lee in 1984 at Buffalo Trace Distillery. The bottle’s distinctive shape and equestrian stopper, inspired by Blanton’s rich racing heritage, make it instantly recognizable among collectors. The gold-embossed label and packaging underscore its elevated status in the Blanton’s family. Each bottle is hand-labeled, reflecting the meticulous attention given to every release. With a higher proof of 103, this edition appeals to those who seek a deeper exploration of Blanton’s celebrated lineage. As a limited annual release, the 2021 Gold Edition continues to capture the imagination of bourbon lovers worldwide, securing its place as a prized collectible in any serious whiskey collection.
