Buffalo Trace’s ‘Old Fashioned Copper’ 2006 Bourbon (2025 release) draws on a rich legacy that dates back to the late 19th century, when the O.F.C. distillery first set the bar for American whiskey innovation. This bottle is part of an ultra-limited annual series, honoring the original distillery’s name and heritage. The 2006 vintage, bottled in 2025, continues the tradition of celebrating the passage of time with a focus on rare, slow-aged barrels. Presented in a stately wooden display case and accompanied by a canvas bag, this edition reflects the reverence held for the O.F.C. name. Each bottle is individually labeled with the vintage year, making it a coveted collector’s piece for those who appreciate whiskey’s enduring legacy. As with previous releases, the 2025 vintage is poised to become a centerpiece in any serious collection.
