Old Weller Antique 107 Bourbon in its iconic “dumpy” bottle is a beloved piece of American whiskey history. This bottling hails from the storied Buffalo Trace distillery renowned for pioneering wheated bourbon mash bills. The 107 proof expression became a favorite among collectors for its rich heritage and distinctive squat glass shape, marking an era before Buffalo Trace’s modern redesign. With its bold labeling and classic gold neck ring, the Old Weller Antique “dumpy” bottle recalls a golden age of Kentucky bourbon. Today, these bottles are highly sought after, not just for their contents, but as a symbol of the legacy of W.L. Weller and the early days of wheated bourbon innovation. Enthusiasts prize this edition for its connection to a pivotal moment in bourbon’s evolution and the enduring influence of the Weller name.
