This 12 year "Very Very Old" Fitzgerald was distilled and barreled in 1954—under Pappy's leadership and supervision—and contains 100 percent Stitzel-Weller distillate. Pappy passed away in 1965 which means this barrel was dumped and bottled by his son, Julian II, one year later in 1966.
