Labrot & Graham “President’s Choice” 100.4 proof export with the original matching tube; bottled and exported in 1997 shortly after Brown-Forman completed renovations at the Labrot & Graham distillery in 1996.

Although regular bottles of Woodford-branded bourbon were also being sold at the time, the facility wasn’t officially renamed from L&G to Woodford Reserve until shortly after their own product came of age in 2004.

This particular bottling is interesting in that it precedes the Woodford “Derby” bottles but it also used Brown-Forman’s vintage “President’s Choice” name for the label. That terminology wouldn't be used again until over a decade later when the company relaunched the dedicated President's Choice label in 2018.
