Buffalo Trace 'Kosher Wheat Recipe' Bourbon represents a unique chapter in American whiskey history. Released in collaboration with the Chicago Rabbinical Council, this bourbon was developed to meet strict kosher guidelines, ensuring it could be enjoyed during Passover and other occasions. The project began in 2010, with Buffalo Trace dedicating specific barrels and equipment for kosher production, separate from their other whiskeys. Bottled at 94 proof, the Wheat Recipe edition highlights the distillery’s innovative approach while honoring tradition.
