Eagle Rare 17 Year Bourbon, featured in the 2021 Buffalo Trace Antique Collection (BTAC), is a revered release that pays homage to the legacy of Kentucky bourbon. Originally launched in the 1970s, Eagle Rare quickly earned a reputation for its long aging and distinguished profile. The BTAC 2021 edition, bottled at 101 proof, harks back to the original Eagle Rare releases, which were also bottled at this strength. The elegant, tall bottle and deep blue capsule evoke a sense of tradition and distinction, making it a sought-after centerpiece for collectors. Each annual release is limited in quantity, ensuring its status as a prized addition to any rare whiskey collection. The 17-year age statement further highlights the patience and heritage behind this iconic bourbon, solidifying its place in the pantheon of legendary American whiskeys.
