Old Elk 'Infinity Blend' Bourbon (2021) represents a unique chapter in Old Elk’s history, conceived by Master Distiller Greg Metze as a tribute to the tradition of the infinity bottle—where whiskey lovers blend remnants from favorite bottles to create something new. The 2021 edition, bottled at 114.9 proof, is a limited release that combines some of Old Elk’s oldest bourbon reserves with hand-selected whiskeys from other distilleries. The bottle itself features elegant details, including a custom cork and a striking, angular design, making it a collector’s piece. Presented in a sophisticated display box and signed by Metze, this release captures the spirit of innovation and legacy. The Infinity Blend series has quickly gained prestige among enthusiasts for its creative blending approach and the story it tells about collaboration and heritage in American whiskey.
