Eagle Rare 17 Year Bourbon, a standout in the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection (BTAC), is a coveted annual release that pays homage to the storied legacy of Kentucky bourbon. First introduced as part of BTAC in 2000, this expression honors the original Eagle Rare brand, which dates back to 1975 and was one of the earliest premium single barrel bourbons. The 2025 edition carries on the tradition with its 17 years of maturation, reflecting the careful selection and long-term patience that defines the series. Bottled at 101 proof, a nod to the brand’s origins, Eagle Rare 17 Year is presented in its classic tall bottle adorned with the distinctive eagle motif. This release continues to capture the attention of collectors and enthusiasts, serving as a tribute to the heritage of American whiskey and the enduring appeal of well-aged bourbon from Buffalo Trace.
