Michter’s Toasted Barrel Bourbon (2024) continues a celebrated tradition that began when Michter’s first introduced its innovative toasted barrel finishing process. Each batch starts with fully matured Kentucky Straight Bourbon, which is then transferred to a custom-toasted barrel for additional aging. This secondary finishing method was inspired by historic techniques from Michter’s heritage, dating back to the brand’s roots in America’s earliest whiskey legacy. Bottled at 91.4 proof, the 2024 release maintains the signature approach that has made this series sought-after among collectors and enthusiasts. Each bottle features Michter's distinct labeling and wax-dipped top, emphasizing its limited-edition status. The toasted barrel process, unique to Michter's, has helped set a new benchmark in the bourbon world and continues to honor the brand's longstanding reputation for innovation and quality in American whiskey.
