A custom label and bottling done by Julian Van Winkle III at Old Commonwealth (Hoffman) in the early 2000s. According to Chuck Cowdery, Old Commonwealth was originally "exclusively" bottled for Sam's Wines & Spirits in Chicago. Later, it was bottled for Binny's and "a few other stores" in very small quantities.
