Joseph A. Magnus 'Cigar Blend' Bourbon (Batch 145) honors a legacy dating back to the late 1800s, when Joseph Magnus revived his family’s distilling tradition after rediscovering original bottles in his great-grandson’s possession. The Cigar Blend series, crafted by Master Blender Nancy Fraley, is designed to evoke the opulent bourbons once enjoyed alongside fine cigars in Magnus’s era. Each batch is a carefully curated blend of aged bourbons, further finished in Armagnac, sherry, and Cognac casks. Bottled at 115.5 proof, Batch 145 continues this tradition, appealing to collectors for its rarity and unique finishing process. Its ornate packaging and heavy glass bottle nod to the Gilded Age, making it a striking centerpiece for any collection. The Cigar Blend series has quickly become a sought-after name among enthusiasts, celebrated for its distinctive production approach and rich historical roots.
