Woodford Reserve’s ‘Master’s Collection’ Batch Proof Bourbon is a celebrated release that honors the legacy of innovation at the historic Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, Kentucky. This limited-edition bottle, presented at 118.4 proof, highlights the unique tradition of bottling bourbon at its natural strength—straight from the barrel, without dilution. The Master’s Collection series pays homage to the pioneering spirit of Oscar Pepper and James Crow, figures central to the distillery’s early days in the 1800s. Each annual release explores a different aspect of whiskey-making, and the Batch Proof expression showcases the blend of artistry and science that defines Woodford Reserve. Collectors value these rare bottles both for their connection to the distillery’s storied past and their striking presentation, featuring a distinctive glass stopper and elegant labeling that elevates its presence on any shelf.
